We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer to join our team at Reed Epsom. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization and raise funds.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and implement marketing activities to promote the organization.
- Develop and support a range of on and offline marketing activities to raise funds and awareness.
- Take an innovative and proactive approach in recommending opportunities across various campaigns and channels to promote the organization and extend its reach.
- Deliver a range of on and offline marketing initiatives and projects working with the wider Marketing and Fundraising team.
- Liaise with internal teams to produce effective communications and marketing collateral and ensure that our content is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
- Provide timely and relevant reports to support evaluation of campaigns and marketing activity.
- Work with agencies and mailing houses to ensure high-quality service and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Formal qualification in marketing or a similar discipline and a good understanding of marketing principles, particularly direct marketing, digital marketing, and fundraising marketing.
- Experience of raising income through marketing activity (corporate and consumer fundraising).
- Experience of working in the third sector, preferably with experience of promoting similar fundraising activities to those offered by the organization.
- Skilled in producing creative and project briefs for on and offline marketing campaigns.
- Experience of digital campaign support across SEO, social media, and paid search advertising.
- Experience in producing reports to monitor outcomes.
- Good organizational and project management skills, and an ability to prioritize work.
- Experience of website CMS, email platform, Microsoft Office, creative design, and editing software (desired).
