Nurse Band 5 Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Community Nursing Service at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation ward.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, developing and implementing care plans, and supervising learner nurses and healthcare support workers.

Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop and implement care plans
