Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Completion of a Nursing Associate foundation degree.
- GCSE Grade A-C in Mathematics and English or equivalent qualifications.

- Proven experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to assess personal strengths and development needs, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Experience in providing and receiving complex and sensitive information.
