Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medication and monitor responses to treatment
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals in crisis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
  • Advocate for and empower clients to participate in their own care and decision-making
Requirements
  • Current registration with the UK NMC and a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Solid understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
