We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing trusted advisor relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as the focal point of contact for all client account matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the current client portfolio and potential new clients
  • Serve as the focal point of contact for all client account matters
  • Collaborate closely with internal client support/delivery teams to ensure timely and successful provision of client services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on the company's CRM system
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar customer service-focused role within a B2B product/service environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels with both clients and internal colleagues
  • Track record in building long-term and mutually successful business relationships
  • Skilled in identifying and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Confidence and experience in handling challenging situations that may arise when managing client expectations
  • Good working knowledge of a current CRM system (preferably Microsoft AX)
  • Strong organizational skills with a creative flair
