About the Role:

As a Cleaning Team Lead at OCS Group, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning staff at a prestigious customer site. Your primary objective will be to supervise daily operations, ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

You will work closely with customer representatives to address specific requirements and concerns, while managing equipment, materials, and stock levels. Additionally, you will:

  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Control Costs: Ensure services are delivered within agreed budget parameters.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a professional image and work ethic, setting a positive tone for the team.
