We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to oversee and drive the success of our key products within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will involve leading the marketing efforts for our range of medicines, developing compelling marketing campaigns, analyzing commercial performance, and managing budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals, experience in global markets, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

The salary for this role is estimated at $140,000 - $170,000 per year, taking into account the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonuses, and stock options. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, to provide marketing support materials and product training. Furthermore, you will engage with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to provide insights and ensure buy-in for category strategies. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of research strategies to tailor marketing approaches based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
