Head of Therapeutic Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Therapeutic Programs to lead our therapeutic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive environment that enables students to progress in line with their academic and pastoral plans.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with children on the autism spectrum in a managerial position. A demonstrable commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to improve student outcomes
- Lead emergency annual reviews and critical meetings
- Manage and maintain good relationships between colleagues
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations
Salary: £40,000 - £51,276 per year
