We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Research Admin Team Leader. This exciting role involves designing an evaluation strategy for the Better Than Well program, a peer-led Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) at the University of Birmingham.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Better Than Well team to embed qualitative and quantitative data collection mechanisms within the routine work of the project. They will also be responsible for analysing and interpreting research findings and results, contributing to writing bids to generate long-term research funding exploring the role of peer support in student mental health.

This is a fixed-term contract up to February 2027, with a full-time starting salary of £35,880 - £45,163 per annum, with potential progression once in post to £47,874. The role is also open as an internal secondment opportunity.
