Job Summary:

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing specialized care to children with complex needs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, supporting, and coordinating care for these children in a team and home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with complex disabilities and develop personalized support plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders on strategies for promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience working with children with complex disabilities, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
