As a skilled Contract Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Nationwide Structures Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage allocated contracts from receipt of order to the end of the defects liability period. This involves ensuring contracts are completed efficiently, on programme, and to the minimum cost consistent with good practice, Company procedures, Contract conditions, Safety legislation, and practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, attendance at site visits, and proactive communication.
- Manage subcontractors or NWS team members who prepare designs, drawings, and resolve construction details with other building trades.
- Action any commercial or programme matters arising from design meetings or valid instructions, advising clients of cost or programme implications.
- Maintain an overview of all financial aspects of the contract to maximise profitability.
- Oversight of site activities to ensure smooth and professional project delivery for clients.
- Liaise with external organisations, including main contractors, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and advisory bodies.
- Resolve issues that may prevent successful contract award or project delivery.
Requirements:
- Mobile and able to work at any location within the UK.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
