Job Overview

The Chief Advancement Officer will play a pivotal role in Malvern College's efforts to drive growth and development. This position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £**60,000 - 80,000** per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role

The Advancement Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue and engagement with alumni and donors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing fundraising campaigns to support college initiatives
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALUMNI, PARENTS, AND DONORS TO SECURE SUPPORT FOR THE COLLEGE
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
