About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a Radiographer - CT/MRI Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Acquire and process CT and MRI examinations in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with modality leads to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and contribute to the development of junior staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day service to patients, ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Relevant postgraduate certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Skilled operator of computers and imaging equipment.
  • Able to demonstrate effective leadership qualities and a professional attitude.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Postgraduate training courses in CT and MRI.
  • Experience in cross-sectional radiography, including CT and MRI.
  • Enthusiasm for training and developing junior staff.
