Job Title: Female Support Worker

Creative Support is seeking a warm and caring Female Extra Care Worker to join our friendly staff team at Burnside Court, our Extra Care service in Carlisle, Cumbria.

About the Role:

We provide quality care and support to 26 older residents, supporting and encouraging them to lead a fulfilling and enriched life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their community.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements:

We are looking for a Female Extra Care Worker who is warm, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting older adults. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
