Project Overview:

Luxoft seeks a skilled Program Manager in the UK for an automotive software development business, specializing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and broader automotive software development. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring the product vision is accurately translated into development tasks.

The ideal candidate must be able to deliver quality and expert support in these areas, drive topics independently, and collaborate with OEM stakeholders to remove blockers.

Onsite work in the UK OEM office (Gaydon) and regular travel to India are required.


Client Relationship Building:

Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in automotive software development, with a focus on ADAS technologies.

Conduct focus groups, user forums, or one-on-one client interviews to gather in-depth insights informing product strategy and development priorities.


Technical Guidance and Backlog Management:

Bring a strong technical background in Automotive Low-Level Software and automotive software development, understanding the complexities and challenges of the domain.

Provide technical guidance to the development team, helping overcome challenges and ensuring the product meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements for the automotive industry.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automotive software development, advising on best practices and potential innovations.

Project Coordination and Agile Practices:

  • Ensure agile practices are followed and adapted as necessary to meet project and organizational needs.
  • Planning, Gantt charts, and Excel.
  • Low-level SW testing understanding and quality management.
