About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of brands, including Linden Homes, Bovis Homes, and Countryside Homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits and customer appointments.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of our sites, build progress, and house types to provide customers with every opportunity to purchase a new home.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
  • Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceptional sales performance.
  • Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • An interest in property and the housing market.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked.
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
