Technical Service Representative

The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services. This includes resolving technical queries, documenting customer interactions, and exceeding customer expectations.
Duties:- Support customers via phone, email, or chat
- Utilize troubleshooting tools to identify solutions
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience. They will also have experience using MS Office suite and a CRM system, as well as basic to intermediate math skills.
Compensation:- Competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year
- Bonus structure based on individual and company performance
