Multilingual Language Specialist

Established as a leading provider in education recruitment, Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced MFL Teacher to work full-time in a reputable secondary school in the Christchurch area of Dorset.
We offer competitive pay rates, with this role paying up to £35.74 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay), making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about teaching.
This position involves delivering engaging language lessons to students aged 11-18, including years 7-11 and A-Level classes. You will be responsible for planning and implementing effective lesson plans, assessing pupil progress, and providing timely feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A valid QTS in secondary MFL teaching
- Experience in teaching a range of year groups and abilities
- Proficiency in one or more languages, preferably French, German, or Spanish, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and confident behavior management techniques
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues within the MFL department. They will also contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and have a genuine desire to see students thrive and succeed.
