Job Title: HR Systems Analyst - Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team at Precise Placements. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR systems and data analysis, looking to further develop their career within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of the global HR system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system updates by working closely with managers and stakeholders.
  • Generate and produce management information (MI) reports to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Support key HR projects, including Gender Pay Gap reporting, salary benchmarking, immigration audits, and annual appraisal processes.
  • Provide user support by resolving system issues and offering training to end-users.
  • Develop training materials and systems documentation for HR system users.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, raising support cases when needed.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with HR systems, preferably within professional services.
  • Familiarity with SelectHR or similar HR systems is ideal.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
