The Job

We are now looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role is crucial in supporting the financial health of the business and requires a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the credit control process to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers
  • Oversee statements, reminders, and final notices to customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries related to invoices or payments
  • Generate reports on aged debtors and provide insights to management on issues
  • Process monthly direct debit runs
  • Provide general administrative functions as required by the business and management team
