Senior Manager Adults Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team in the South West area. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the region.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing credible and visible professional clinical leadership, supporting and coordinating ICB and whole-system work on improving the patient experience, particularly within the Children and Young People Transformation Programme. You will manage relevant patient experience delivery plans at local level and ensure the implementation of The Long Term Plan in organisations across the South West region.
You will also proactively manage key risks and issues associated with ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate or respond to identified risks related to Domain 4 and adult and child safeguarding.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person. Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence, which means we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route, you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
