Lochead Sandford Recruitment is working with a well-established and forward-thinking CA Firm in Edinburgh, seeking a qualified CA/ACCA to join their audit team. As a Senior Accountant - Audit, you will manage a varied portfolio of clients, acting as an Executive/Senior on audit work, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting directly to Managers, Directors, and Partners.
This role involves taking responsibility for carrying out audits for a range of clients, mainly medium-sized general corporates and charities. You will act as an Executive on audits, ensuring timescales and budgets are met, liaising with clients, and supervising/reviewing work of junior members.
Current or recent UK Audit experience from another UK Practice Firm is essential, with good client and organisational skills, and the ability to lead audits.
In return, the client offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, flexible hybrid working, and a supportive team environment, with a focus on work/life balance and opportunities for progression.
