About Us: Our company operates in the electronics manufacturing sector and has ambitious plans for growth over the next 3-5 years. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive sales and leadership within the business. As part of this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to align with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales growth and revenue through effective strategy development and execution
  • Leading and developing a small sales team to achieve objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure year-on-year growth

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proven experience of technical sales delivery in electronics manufacturing industry
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 plus bonus scheme. Salary estimate: £75,900.
