About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and medication management. You will also be responsible for promoting independence, dignity, and well-being among our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage clients to participate in social and leisure activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move clients safely.
