Job Summary

AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Student Property Manager to join their team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent administration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all properties under management are fully compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare tenancy agreements, inventories, and schedules of condition to ensure seamless property transactions.
  • Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Property Maintenance: Work with landlords to maintain properties to a high standard, including regular inspections and addressing maintenance issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Enter property details into property management software, update utility companies, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent administration skills, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management or a related field.

Working Hours

Full-time: 8.45am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays mornings. Part-time hours negotiable.

Salary

Salary in the region of £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience (pro rata for part-time). Please contact Fran Kent for more information.
