An exciting opportunity has arisen within the North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Service for a skilled Biomedical Scientist to take on a senior leadership role. As Lead Biomedical Scientist, you will provide expert operational leadership to a large and complex network laboratory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a complex workload, providing effective operational leadership and management for the Cellular Pathology team in line with Trust policies and procedures.
You will also be part of a wider operational management team and involved in major projects such as implementing digital pathology and validating new supplier equipment.
