Sustainable Energy Educator for a Greener Future


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Nordex Group, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions.


As a Sustainable Energy Educator, you will play a crucial role in empowering our employees with the technical knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality services to our customers while adhering to strict Health and Safety guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for various stakeholders, utilizing diverse training methods, including classroom-based learning, on-the-job training, virtual classes, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and customers to develop targeted training programs that meet their specific needs.
  • Develop, create, and revise training materials to ensure they are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES, EXPERTS, AND CUSTOMERS TO SUPPORT TRAINING DELIVERY AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT.
  • PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS PERSONAL AND TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT TO STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LATEST INDUSTRY TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES.
  • COORDINATE CLOSELY WITH NORDEX ACADEMY EUROPEAN HEADQUARTERS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS IN TRAINING PROGRAMS.
  • SUPPORT THE HSE AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS IN APPROVING EXTERNAL TRAINING PROVIDERS TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will have a Technical or Science-based degree or a technical apprenticeship. You should be an experienced Technical Trainer with a strong background in the Wind Industry. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and deliver training programs in various formats.


Additionally, you will possess:



  • Fluency in English and a basic level of German communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and SAP to manage training programs and materials.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality training experiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to achieve training objectives.
  • Strong Health and Safety Awareness to ensure a safe and healthy training environment.
