As we continue to expand, we're seeking a qualified and motivated individual with an RTITB Trainer qualification to join us on a developmental journey to become our next Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Training Coordinator.

**As an RTITB Trainer within our organisation, you will be responsible for**:

- Delivering high-quality training programs to our team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify specific training needs and develop tailored programs accordingly.
- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and participant progress.

**Development Pathway**:

- HSE Regulations and Compliance: - Gain a deep understanding of health, safety, and environment regulations relevant to our industry.
- Training Program Design: - Collaborate with HSE experts to design comprehensive training programs aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Coordination and Administration: - Learn to coordinate and manage HSE training schedules, resources, and participant records.
- Leadership Skills: - Cultivate leadership skills necessary for overseeing the HSE training function and contributing to overall organizational safety culture.

**Qualifications**:

- RTITB Trainer qualification or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo training and development for the HSE Training Coordinator role.
