Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Weekend Shift

McMullen Facades Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at our Portadown site. The successful candidate will work on a weekend day shift, operating CNC Machining Centres and Saws to produce high-quality aluminium profiles for the facades industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Machining Centres and Saws to produce machined aluminium profiles and components
  • Set up, edit, and operate machinery to meet production requirements
  • Read and understand CNC programming information to ensure accurate production
  • Check and verify CNC programming and set up to ensure conformity
  • Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machine accuracy and performance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment using CNC Machinery
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a workshop environment
  • Experience in quality systems and processes
  • Manual Handling/Lifting Equipment Experience
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative while contributing effectively to the team environment
