Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As an Estate Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily plot conveyancing for allocated regional units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional offices and work closely with the Sales, Development, and Technical teams to ensure thorough reporting and monitoring of the progress and completion of plot and part-exchange transactions.
  • Deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing sale process from issuing the draft contract pack, dealing with enquires, exchanging, meeting deadlines, to completion of the sale of new homes in accordance with Group Legal Disciplines.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of current home ownership schemes, such as Help to Buy, Homereach, and current sales incentive schemes, including Mortgage Holiday and Deposit Top Up.
  • Be confident in dealing with plot sales, as well as any associated part exchanges and resales, including investigating title for both freehold and leasehold properties, making preliminary enquiries and further enquiries where necessary, and preparing reports on title.
  • Purchaser due diligence and consideration of Anti-Money Laundering issues, including source of funds.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a plot sales environment or residential conveyancing practice.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing processes and experience in handling high-volume caseloads.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
