Job Title: Conveyancing Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Conveyancing Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Conveyancing Solicitors, enabling them to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system
  • Attending to clients on the telephone and in person
  • Administering filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
  • Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required

About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have excellent knowledge and experience within Residential Conveyancing. You should also demonstrate initiative, be able to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation. Additionally, you should possess high levels of speed and accuracy, have a good telephone manner, and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
