we are recruiting for a skilled social care specialist to join our adult community team in knowlsey, where you will earn £32 per hour. your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop tailored support plans that cater to the diverse requirements of our service users.
in this critical role, you will be required to apply mental capacity act principles to ensure that the rights of vulnerable adults are protected. this involves working closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to identify and address potential risks, including safeguarding concerns.
to excel in this position, you must possess an nvq 2 in care or demonstrate the ability to complete the necessary training within a set timeframe. previous experience as a social worker in adult community services is highly valued, and a valid driving license is essential due to the need for travel.
