About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Estates Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing returns.
- Provide expert advice on property management, lease negotiations, and collaborate closely with construction and facilities management teams.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies, ensuring financial diligence in managing rents and other liabilities.
- Engage in property transactions, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and other strategic property decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in multi-site property or estate management.
- Full UK driving license for site visits.
