We are recruiting an Outdoor Education Instructor to join our dedicated team at Vision for Education - Cornwall. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH needs through engaging outdoor activities and educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH needs during outdoor activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, and hill walking.">
  • Accompany students on visits to various locations to develop SEMH skills.">
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.">

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant with a passion for outdoor education and a strong understanding of SEMH principles. Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

">

This role involves working regular hours from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. You will need to undergo a DBS check prior to starting.

Estimated Salary:

">

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
