**About the Role:**

We are seeking an Early Years Classroom Aide to join our team at Kilchattan Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching staff to provide support to pupils in the early years of their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery in the early years classroom

• Provide one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs

• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

• Collaborate with colleagues to promote pupil well-being and achievement

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is £12,800-£13,400 per annum, pro rata for term-time only hours. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.

**Requirements:**

• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
