About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has recent experience working with children. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing one-to-one support to pupils as needed
  • Help to create and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their work and progress
  • Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Experience of working with pupils with special educational needs
  • Able to provide full DBS clearance and references to support your application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
