**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Secondary school in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

**Responsibilities**

  1. Support students with SEND in lessons and during breaks
  2. Prepare materials and resources to support student learning
  3. Communicate regularly with teachers and parents to ensure effective collaboration
  4. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices

**Requirements**

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment
