Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Agent to join our team at FedEx. As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-line services, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks and coordination activities
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Enter data into our in-house tracking system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team, manager, and other operations stations to achieve common goals
  • Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures, and controls, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
  • Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail
