We are currently seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our energetic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT assistance in line with our corporate IT objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assistance: Diagnose and resolve desktop and server-related issues, address hardware and software incidents, and provide support for various applications.
- Incident Management: Manage multiple ongoing cases and projects, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions.
- On-Site Support: Offer outstanding support across various locations, responding swiftly to technical inquiries.
- Network Security: Maintain security protocols, oversee hardware replacements, and manage data access permissions.
- Process Enhancement: Actively participate in refining policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Compliance Awareness: Stay informed about safety regulations to promote a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in IT support, including proficiency with Microsoft Server, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Admin Center, VMWare vSphere, and network security.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, IP troubleshooting, and experience with telephone systems and print management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- A valid driving license is required.
