About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Liaison Officer to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with consultants, developing and retaining referrals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants within assigned service lines, addressing day-to-day queries and feedback
  • Recruit and onboard new consultants within assigned service lines
  • Establish trustworthy working relationships with hospital-based staff, heads of department, and their teams
  • Analyze and interpret consultant and service line volumes, referral patterns, and trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Facilitate regular internal service line meetings to review performance, new recruits, and strategic priorities
  • Act as project manager on key service line operational and strategic initiatives
  • Increase market intelligence to aid consultant recruitment and provide feedback to the Business Development Department
  • Facilitate consultant specialty group meetings as prioritized by the CEO
