Key Responsibilities

The Consultant Liaison Officer will serve as a primary point of contact for Consultants within the assigned service lines, addressing day-to-day queries and feedback regarding their private practice at HCA, practice performance, and growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new consultants within the assigned service lines, establishing trustworthy working relationships with hospital-based staff, heads of department, and their teams, and analyzing and interpreting consultant and service line volumes, referral patterns, and trends to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.

The role will also involve facilitating regular internal service line meetings, acting as project manager on key service line operational and strategic initiatives, and increasing market intelligence to aid consultant recruitment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within healthcare is essential.
  • Previous experience working with management teams is required.
  • Previous hospital-based clinical/operational experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
