About the Role:
GIMO is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Software Development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile projects, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve impediments, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain Agile metrics, providing insights to stakeholders on project progress and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with product managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) projects.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile tools, including Jira or Confluence.
- Master's Degree or above preferred.
- Must have experience within the iGaming/sports betting/online casino/sportsbook industry.
- Ability to navigate collaboration tools such as GitLabs, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Trello, Zoom, GSuite.
- Experience with improving efficiency and process development on software development teams.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, collaborative work environment to achieve consensus.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client's needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities.
