Our client is a leading provider of residential care services for children with emotional and behavioural needs. They are committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and are seeking an experienced Children\u0027s Care Manager to join their team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, promoting independence, encouraging recreational activities, and advocating for the needs of service users. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the home is run in accordance with Ofsted regulations and that the highest standards of care are maintained.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users

Requirements:



  • Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent
  • Experience of working in an Ofsted-regulated residential setting
  • Ability to manage a team and promote independence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
