About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires working from home in a hybrid role, with a focus on designing and specifying Low Voltage Distribution systems.

Job Description:You will be responsible for designing and specifying Low Voltage Distribution systems, including LV Distribution, Power Generation, Small Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Nurse call, Lightning Protection, Controls, etc., in accordance with current guidelines, standards, and regulations.
- The design and specification of Low Voltage Distribution systems: You will design and specify LV Distribution, Power Generation, Small Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Nurse call, Lightning Protection, Controls, etc., in accordance with current guidelines, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Specification: You will design and specify Low Voltage Distribution systems, including LV Distribution, Power Generation, Small Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Nurse call, Lightning Protection, Controls, etc.
- Project Management: You will lead in the Project Management and delivery of Low Voltage Distribution related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget to the quality expectations of LCC.
- Supporting External Consultants: You will support the Electrical Teams Project Manager in the effective delivery of all Low Voltage Distribution related projects and manage external consultants in the delivery of projects, ensuring KPIs are met and quality is maintained.
- Liaising with Other Services: You will proactively liaise with other services within LCC and across other disciplines within the Building Design Team and wider Asset Management Service.
- Providing Specialist Advice: You will provide specialist advice and guidance to internal/external customers, making technical/professional recommendations within the Electrical discipline.
You should have strong technical skills, able to design and specify complex Low Voltage Distribution systems, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
