• Managing queries from suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
• Processing bank payments
• Reconciling statements
• Preparing, sending, and storing invoices
• Contacting clients and sending reminders to ensure timely payments
• Identifying and addressing discrepancies
• Generating weekly reports on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
