About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our Collections strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for making informed decisions using data analysis to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide performance analytics on Collection's strategies to inform business decisions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement systemic changes and enhance strategies
  • Communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a degree in a relevant field and/or practical experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Confident and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in Credit Risk, particularly in Collections / Arrears Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
