At ThoughtSpot, Inc., we're committed to empowering our customers with the ability to make informed decisions and take action. As a Data-Driven Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving successful implementation services and customer satisfaction within a portfolio of accounts.

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing overall project lifecycle, including project schedule deliverables, timelines, and aligned outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to accomplish your responsibilities and ensure timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the advisor and first point of contact throughout ThoughtSpot deployments to ensure the customer gets to business value as quickly as possible.
  2. Manage overall project lifecycle, including project schedule deliverables, timelines, and aligned outcomes.
  3. Help build best practices resources for delivering Thoughtspot and share them amongst TS team members and customers.
  4. Assist with identifying and facilitating follow-on opportunities for growth within customer accounts.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
