About The Job: Community Lead - Dementia Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Lead - Dementia Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our residential care homes and develop your skills and experience in dementia care. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of person-centred care, leading a team of care staff, and promoting a positive culture within the care home.

You will need to have a strong background in care leadership, preferably in a dementia care setting, and hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
