Cove School seeks an exceptional Learning Support Assistant/SEN Administration Assistant to join its dynamic team. This challenging and rewarding role requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality support and education to pupils with special educational needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils in developing into independent learners, working closely with teachers to implement lesson plans, and adapting materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the SENCo, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
