We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the pharmacy team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing effective business strategies.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Ensure the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements, adhering to GPHC standards and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely prescription administration, medicine use reviews, and health advice to patients.
- A recognized GPHC Pharmacy degree and full registration.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with a focus on results-driven performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- A deep understanding of UK pharmacy regulations and industry standards.
- A competitive salary range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
